Waaj Taqueira serves Mesoamerican cuisine made with Nordic ingredients and inspired by Guatemala. “Waaj” is the ancient Yucatec Maya word for corn, which is the key ingredient at this food stall run by Stephan, Vera, and Jonas. Expect an authentic experience that celebrates the very essence of corn: the culinary heritage of Guatemala and Mesoamerica.
