Momoche

"Chhe" means "home," and for us, food culture is exactly that—it’s about the stories, traditions, and flavors that have been passed down through generations.

Across much of the Himalayan region—which stretches from India, Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan—mo mo is a part of everyday culture: as much a staple of street food as it is a family dish. Everyone has their own mo mo tradition, and each mo mo reflects the place and the people who make it.

We carry on this tradition with hand-folded dumplings based on Mom’s recipe—a taste of home from a kitchen where food was always a way to bring people together. At the same time, food culture is ever-evolving, shaped by the places we call home. For us, this means focusing on Norwegian ingredients from producers who share our commitment to responsibility and quality.
