With several different cuisines under one roof, we’re sure there will be something for every guest at your event. You can choose between two different options for larger events. With access to eight different cuisines under one roof, we’re sure there will be something for every guest at your event. We’ve put together two different packages to make it even easier for you and your guests:

Taste of Vippa 650 NOK per person
All food stalls prepare smaller portions of their most popular dishes; guests can help themselves freely from the stalls. Here we estimate about 5 dishes per person

Food vouchers
Guests receive x number of vouchers they can exchange for a dish of their choice. Here we have a maximum amount of 250 per voucher, but we only bill for actual usage. Vouchers can also be used for drinks if desired.

Fully licensed bar; outside food and drinks are not permitted.

We partner with Avon Live, so we can provide sound technicians as needed, as well as support for larger productions and stage setups.

We’re happy to set up and take down the equipment for you. Depending on the date of your event, we can set up the day before. We offer both hourly and daily rental rates, so the price will depend on the type of event.

A private room with restrooms, a kitchen, and a bar. Seating area with room for 40 people. 5,000 NOK.

This can be rented from us. A cloakroom can be rented from an external provider to accommodate up to 250 guests.

We partner with Trygg Oslo Security. Depending on the size of the event, security personnel will be required to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both staff and guests.

Any equipment that the tenant brings into the premises must be removed that same evening or by 10:00 a.m. the following day. Unless there is a written agreement with Vippa. If equipment is not removed within the agreed time, a storage fee of 500 per day will be charged. If the equipment is not picked up within one week, it will be disposed of without warning at the tenant’s expense.

Vippa is universally designed.

We’d be happy to set the tables for you. We’ll set them with glasses, cutlery, napkins, and candles to make it extra special for your guests. We can set the tables for up to 250 guests for 80 NOK per person.

Directions: A 12-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, or take bus 60 to Vippetangen (100 meters from the entrance).
Parking: Unfortunately, we do not have parking, but paid parking is available at the terminal by the bus stop

Pyrotechnics/smoke effects are not available.
