We have made a reservation- is it possible to pay for everything at the same time?
It is possible to pay by invoice, as long as you notify us 24 hrs in advance. Contact booking@vippa.no for more information.

Do you take reservations outside? No, we only take reservations inside. Please get in touch with us at booking@vippa.no for further details.

Can we pay with a credit card?
Yep! We accept most cards including American Express.

I forgot my [item] the last time I was at Vippa. Is it possible to get it back?
We try to take care of forgotten valuables, and have a lost & found section in the bar. Visit us during opening hours or call +47 917 28 043 or send an email to booking@vippa.no and we’ll check if it’s here!

Is there an age limit?
No, Vippa welcomes people of all ages!

Can we bring our own food / drinks?
No, unfortunately not. The exception is food for infants.

I want to open my own food stand — is this possible?
We do try to keep a rotating cast of food stands, and there is usually a few changes every year. Send us an email at post@vippa.no with your concept, and we’ll let you know if we have availible space!

Is it ok to swim from the pier?
No, due to restrictions from Oslo Havn you shouldn’t swim from the pier at Vippetangen because of all traffic by boats. Along the the harbor you may use locations at Sørenga, Tjuvholmen and soon by the Opera House to swim.

Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are - unfortunately - only allowed in the outside area, due to food safety regulations.
